|Brick Doctor’s Mission:
To provide our customers the absolute best in professional brick repairs and related services, always serving with utmost integrity, quality, customer service, and value.
If you are new to Brick Doctor, welcome! We’d love for you to join our family of over 20,000 satisfied customers. Although that seems like a large number, we try to take a personal interest in each of you, and are committed to making your project one you’ll be proud of.
Early on, it was determined that the Brick Doctor business would be committed entirely to God. After all, He owns everything. We are simply managers of what he has entrusted to us. Accordingly, a significant percentage of company profits are given to churches, non-profit service organizations, and other worthy causes, to honor God first and to benefit others in need. And whether we’re celebrating a success or seeking help in a crisis, we go to Him regularly to acknowledge His goodness and to ask for strength and wisdom. Many of us start each morning by meeting alone with the Owner (the Lord), and we begin our monthly staff meetings with some time in His “handbook,” the Bible. This provides us clarity, direction, and purpose to meet the challenges of each day, and gives us an eternal perspective in our mission to serve you (Eph. 6:7). We want every single job to be completed with the utmost quality and integrity—to gain not only your approval—but also the Owner’s. It is a joy and an honor to work for Him, and we want to make Him proud. And if sometimes we fail you, because we are human, we feel compelled to do our very best to make things right!
Besides being our Owner, God is also our Heavenly Father. What a tremendous blessing to have eternal hope and peace, regardless of the unrest that exists in our society and throughout the world. If any of you are troubled or perplexed and are looking for answers, I invite you to look to almighty God, your maker. You are His greatest creation. He loves you dearly and has a purpose for your life, too.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life…whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.” John 3:16,21
