A Note about Corona virus (COVID-19)
Due to the recent spread of the Corona virus, please know that Brick Doctor has implemented a few procedures to maintain our high level of service and minimize any risk of contributing to the spread of the virus:
- All of our technicians will be washing their hands or sanitizing them before approaching your home. We will not be entering your home unless the work is inside and we are invited.
- We will not be shaking hands for a while, but waving and smiling instead. Please take no offense, but rather know this is the best way we can show you respect during this season.
- All technicians that feel ill will be staying home and jobs will be handled only by those who are healthy. This could cause a few delays, as we will be encouraging those with any doubts to stay home until any symptoms subside and/or prove to be unrelated.
- While we will still try to maintain good communications with you, we will likely utilize more phone calls, texts and emails in order to limit face-to-face contacts as much as possible over the next few weeks. We also suggest extra caution for all person-to-person meetings, such as maintaining extra distance (perhaps 8-10 feet) between persons while engaging in conversation.
Please rest assured that if you have a project or a home emergency that needs attention from our team, you can trust us to handle the job with utmost professionalism! We do not want to contribute to this pandemic in any way, so we are taking necessary steps as directed by health professionals to ensure we are promoting safe, clean work habits. Nor do we want to become “unnecessarily needy” and be a burden to others. Especially since personal, close-up interaction is largely unnecessary in our line of work, we believe the best way we can contribute to the well-being of our community is to continue working and serving others, with these added precautions. In doing so, perhaps we will have opportunities to help those in other industries whose job opportunities have been temporarily curtailed.
