We Are Always looking for Great Brick Masons

Although Brick Doctor has enjoyed a steady growth over the past 29 years, we are still a small family-oriented company with low employee turnover. We are a close knit group. We watch out for each other as we watch out for our customers.

As specialists in brick and masonry repair, our masonry experts are a tremendous asset to us, and to those we serve. We do everything possible to attract and keep the very best in the business of brick repair. Please check out our team.. .many have been with us for over 15 years . And yes, we’re always looking to add to our team of all-stars.

You just might be the new talent we’re looking for.

If you take pride in being good at the craft of bricklaying and you have the attributes described below, please contact us to discuss opportunities. Brick repair is different than high production construction. Repairing masonry is more than just putting bricks and mortar together well. And working as a repair specialist can be less physically demanding than production bricklaying.  More problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a broader range of expertise is required.

Relevant work experience is critical, but equally important to Brick Doctor are matters involving self-discipline and character. Although we realize no man is without fault, we are looking for those with a proven record of good citizenship and personal integrity, and who are interested in constantly improving…not only personally…but also collectively, as a company.

Project Managers

This requires the same extensive knowledge of brick repair; but you are diagnosing issues with brick and creating an estimate to complete those repairs, rather than actually laying brick. This role contains a strong customer service component. You are meeting homeowners and having a conversation about what they want, then creating an estimate.

You are also lining out the job, and organizing the masonry crew who will undertake the actual repairs. This is a perfect fit for someone with extensive masonry experience who is ready to graduate from the heavy physical labor of production brickwork. Rather than laying brick, you’d now be using your brick knowledge to help homeowners and others get reliable and sound repairs to their brick homes and other masonry structures.
